WaveCyber has been leading high quality and throughput automatic optical alignment assembly systems
using unique YAG emission unit and beam sensing technologies
for optical component manufacturers.
WaveCyber developed "YAG laser emission unit mounted with co-axial CCD camera" for laser welding in 2001 and
"Optical module fiber alignment and laser welding system" for optical module manufacturing in 2011.
WaveCyber has been providing solutions to optical component suppliers, mainly factories located in China and Japan.
In 2013, WaveCyber started developing automatic assembly machines and related equipment to achieve cost-effective and
high throughput production of multi-channel integrated optical sub-assembly (OSA) for 40/100GbE applications.
WaveCyber has been working with major suppliers to realize their OSA manufacturing, including
multi-channel (discrete or array) lens alignment, multi-channel beam alignment to fiber (receptacle or pigtail fiber) systems.
Recently WaveCyber developed compact and high throughput burn-in screening system optimized for InP based laser chips on COC.
